El Pollo Loco - Covina

One of the best Pollo Loco locations where we were. From the moment we go, we were welcomed and felt welcome. We had 2 employees to check on us while we agreed to make sure everything is okay. Would definitely recommend if you were in the area.

I used my first registered voucher two days ago to get free chips, but I was told I can't use it because it can't make sure it is available to use. I explained I just download the app and discount barcode, why do you say I can't use it? But yesterday I used the same voucher to get free chips in the same memory. It's just different. She knows how to obviously process the coupon. I think some waiters here are really great, but others need more training to be more professional. At least you should know how to deal with the voucher

I ordered 2 large tortilla soups for my mother and sister. Well I was given 2 small ones and they were placed in 1 bag side by side which spilled out. Keep in mind the soup temp was HOT! I've ordered the soup many times before and they were individually wrapped. And I received large not small ones! But today was a no no! I was disappointed. And will try a diffent location next time. For all other buyers plz look into the bag before you drive away.

I am a big fan of El Pollo Loco but this particular location was horrible! My chips were stale, my chicken taco was burned and the Ice tea tasted like it was from yesterday. The woman who took my order was rude and not helpful at all. Wont be returning to this location!!!

Great service, good food and unforgettable experience. I love this place. Compared to the other locations in the area, this location goes over and over for customer service.
