Wendy's - Courtenay

We were seated promptly and our food was served quickly and professionally. The staff were diligent in cleaning and maintaining the restaurant. It was a pleasant experience dining here.

The double cheeseburgers and fries we had today were amazing! The kids' meals (nuggets and Jr. cheeseburger) were also fantastic. Everything tasted better than anything we've had in a long time!

The store was not as clean as it should have been. Tables were not wiped. Men's bathroom was dirty.

Food is always good at this Wendy's. The salads are so good for a fast food place. Service is consistent and friendly. When eating in a lot of the tables are usually dirty, but there's always a couple of clean ones. The rest of the dining area is clean, though.

First of all, they lie to you and the food is not safe to eat. Everytime I would get a chicken wrap with extra sauce they would charge me for extra cheese. I eventually caught on and when ordering I saw on the screen she would type extra cheese and charge me for it even though I only asked for extra sauce. I told her not to charge me for it because I didn’t ask for it and she said she would take it off. I get to the window and after paying I ask the guy on cash if I was charged for extra cheese. He told me no no you weren’t charged for it and handed me my food. I didn’t believe him so I asked for my bill and sure enough… they charged me for it. He lied to me about the extra charge on my bill. Are they tacking on charges to peoples bills In hopes they won’t notice? I got an iced coffee from there and they forgot the coffee… It’s just milk and water over ice it tastes very gross. It’s like they ran out of coffee and thought this was a good option? I won’t be back
