What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
I ordered through the app and selected "Pick up inside." However, when we arrived, we discovered that the lobby was closed. As a result, we had to sit in a long drive-thru line just to get our order. So much for trying to save time by ordering ahead! View all feedback.
Not impressed. my first and last visit. Sandwich-back was hard as a rock. suspected it was yesterday. the hard rolls was a fight that took away from the taste of the between the bungalows. I will not be back
Note says inside closed due to staffing issues. They have two people in the place and I've seen 1 or 2 employees run a Jimmy John's before. Placing the blame solely on the manager for not having staff or not opening fully. I placed a mobile order before coming here and can't use the drive thru. I called and they gave me order outside. Was going to pickup more inside, but impossible. Another guy who did drive here walked up and found it was closed inside and he left and went to another restaurant. They are losing business because of low service available here.

Always great food and great service here. Doesn't matter if it's drive through or dining in.
Ran out of turkey. Gave us the wrong sandwiches. Messed up our order. Workers not flexible with orders. Never had a bad Jimmy John’s experience before this.
