What Clarabelle Kiehn doesn't like about Bandits’ Grill:
First time at Bandits for dinner, I had the Idaho Red Trout and when it came it was about a 1/4 inch of trout between a thick almond crust and the skin. All I tasted was the almond crust, no trout. My date had a similar experience with the 1/2 rack of ribs, no meat. I would have complained and sent our meals back but my date didn't say any thing at the restaurant. Absolutely dreadfully overboiled bbq. fries and sweet potato fries muddy and soft when they pick them up. how did that even happen? green bon uncooked. no soak, salat dressing instead.

I really loved the steak here. It was very flavorful and juicy. The grilled chicken was also very smoky and delicious. The rub on the ribs tasted good, but the ribs themselves were way too dry and non fall off the bone like I 'm used to. Mac n cheese and other sides were also really good. Pretty good place but a bit pricey.
I must admit that I am a Prime Rib snob. I had the Prime Rib tonight, it was truly the best Prime Rib I've ever eaten. In addition the wait staff was great. No one was ignored. I've never seen such prompt service. It couldn't have been morepleasant.
We love this place and are thrilled it's made it through COVID. The staff is outgoing and fun. The food is great and the drinks alone are worth the trip. Their BBQ sauce is the best!
