There's one particular employee (sorry, I can't remember his name, but he has black hair and pencils on his hat) who is always so friendly and welcoming. He greets me with a smile and asks if I want to add extras like oregano and parmesan after my order comes out. What User doesn't like about Subway:
The restaurant no longer accepts subway vouchers, and the sign inside is printed in such small text that it's difficult to read even with glasses. The manager's attitude is quite snarky. I won't be returning because they only accept cash and do not accept subway credits. View all feedback.
Ordered 2 footlong subs and provided a coupon. Was told the coupon is not acceptable here, however used it before. They told me they'd give me 15% off. Bill totalled 20.61. I only had a 20 because I thought I was going to get one free with the coupon. They wouldn't eat the .61, so I walked and they were stuck with 2 footlong subs. Dumb people. They then ate 20.61 worth of food.I did not call your employees names or insult them. Just stating a fact on what a dumb move losing 20 worth of business. I will frequent the other Subway in Cottage Grove from now on.
I like using the drive-thru kiosk. The inside is a little tight, but pretty common for subway. Lots of parking.
Good and fast. The drive thru is a tiny bit confusing. You go to the ordering screen then do a little U and come around to the window. No big deal. They were fast, friendly, and did a great job.
Serious and very disappointing visit. It's been a while since I last visited this place, or every subway restaurant for some time. Although visits.
Metro runs a promotion for a free 6 inch subway when they buy a $25 gift card. the owner of the subway would not honor it.
