Papa John's Pizza - Costa Mesa

Lemme Tell you, Valerie needs the biggest raise ever, her pizza making is superior to any I 've ever seen, shes also very friendly when you call the store, and when she adds her special touch its bound to be the best damn pizza you 've ever had.

There was a blonde/white hair in my boyfriends food. I just got my food 10-15mins ago. He was eating his food then found a hair in it.

I'm not sure what makes this particular Papa John's stand out, but their pizzas and food seem to be prepared and cooked to a higher standard than other locations. The service is excellent, and I genuinely appreciate my interactions with the staff. I usually visit a couple of times a month for that reason.

I placed an order at 8:45 PM and waited without any updates. When I called at 9:35 PM, I spoke with Luis, the manager, who told me they were still waiting on the papadia. When I asked for an estimated time of arrival, he hesitated and couldn't provide one. I requested an ETA again, and he simply said, "Nah, do you still want your order?"

This is the worst Papa John's I've ever encountered. The pizzas are consistently poor and not made well. You should be ashamed of your service, as it's truly disappointing. Even children could manage your store better. Have some pride in your work! You don't even put sauce on the chicken—there's no effort there at all. It's just pathetic, as I've mentioned.
