New Year's Eve 2023: I am disappointed to have to give a negative review, but I feel it is necessary. While the atmosphere and drinks were good (we received tasty generic options), overall I did not feel properly attended to during important events (such as New Year's Eve or birthdays) or when hosting professional meetings. Food and drinks were very good but overpriced. All cocktails are $18. I don’t remember it having a club vibe before but it was difficult to have a conversation with our small group.
Waitress seemed preoccupied and she tried rush my experience. Very inattentive at times… she told us she had a meeting and left for a five minute meeting which turned into a 15 minute gossip session right behind my table. SMH!
I had a really good time here celebrating my birthday, staff was extremely friendly and accommodating
