Oregon Coffee Tea - Corvallis

My Mom and I have stocked our tea shelf of the wonderful tea that this company has. The tin containers are wonderful quality and the tea is excellent. The family that runs the business are wonderful and kind hearted people. I know that in these hard times the happiness and kindness that this family has for others brings me great joy to share. I hope that this business and these people stay for many generations. I love going and knowing the love and support they have for the community and people is heart felt. Absolutely superb. Even just chatting with the family via curbside, you can tell that they are very knowledgeable and are truly passionate about what they do! I've gotten great teas every time I've gone there with truly expert service. I have to restrain myself from going there every week to pick up more tea! Everything for a fantastic price too.

An absolutely wonderful shop with wonderful customer service and great prices! This shop was responsible for pulling me completely into tea by allowing me to experiment to my heart's content. They have a solid selection with offerings for every type of tea drinker, from western to eastern styles, flavored or not, herbal and more. Even after exploring specialty vendors, I still find that even the puerh selection here is well curated. Visiting this shop periodically is also a treat because they keep on rotating in new teas.

I decided to quarantine here with family and found Oregon Coffee and Tea by accident driving past. When I made my phone order Casey not only took the time to “make the sale” but truly connect with me as a human being, not as a customer. And my out of state number suggested to Casey that she would ship the tea to me. It was clear to me that they treat every customer with genuine interest and care. We are embarking on a brave new world in the midst of a pandemic and it’s people and businesses like Oregon Coffee and Tea that will see us through these difficult times.
