What Christine U doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Pure Sugar ****. I should have just had a donut, as it would have tasted like a donut. This just tasted like maple syrup on lettuce with very confusing flavours. Do not recommend. View all feedback.
Worst service. Slow, a customer complained in front of me, and they had to remake her sandwich three times, instead of telling her to pull up and continue working on the problem they made everyone late by letting her block the lane. I was late for my midnight shift. Constantly slow service. Timmis your getting lazy!!!

Terrible service cant even get your order right.Multiple occasions has my order bein wrong only realising when got home .Should not have too check your order too see if it is right.
Popped in here for a takeout coffee and bathroom use. Women’s bathroom dirty. When I approached a young male counter staff about the condition of the bathroom he looked at me like he had never had someone approach him before with feedback even though a sign in the bathroom states clearly to let Tim’s know if bathroom needs attention. Standards should be consistent across all bathrooms in this chain!
We're pretty Tim Horton's regular guests. But after the last, repeated, terrible treatment of employees, we have become tired. Icing on the cake was the new hours. Closed at 1:00? No problem. We have a new coffee place and the kids love him. The staff was also SUPER friendly. And our bill was HALF, which is usually here. For every door that closes, a new one opens.
