What G Suderman doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Another Tim Hortons that doesn’t realize customers are important to their business. Walked in to order, couple in front of me left, I waited 5 minutes as I watched many of the staff walk by only concerned about their cohorts. Paying customers definitely not important. Drive thru was their main concern ONLY. As I was waiting, one of the staff/manager addressed another staff member to look after the waiting customers.... View all feedback.
