Ex Novo Brewing Company - Corrales

Food trucks were marginal, the beer is decent, but expect the orders to get screwed up if it's busy. You will be standing in lines with only one set of taps in the corral area and one in the tap room area, and 2 food trucks. It's not a chill place, if that's what you're looking for. Absolute chaos and noise with the kids running around in the corral area. Nowhere near enough seating.What really made me angry is when a friend went from the corral area (where they serve alcohol) to the tap room (where they serve alcohol) with his beer. The server took his beer out of his hand and poured it out, threatening to remove him from the premises if he crossed the parking lot with an alcohol drink again. Reading reviews, it seems that they do this all the time. I guarantee you I will never go there again. I will never give them my money again, and I will never recommend this place to anyone. I do expect the owner to be unprofessional and defend their actions, like in past negative reviews.

Can't wait to come back when it's cooler to enjoy the tons of outdoor space! In the meantime enjoyed the busy and festive atmosphere indoors, the mobile ordering is super convenient and the 2 food tricks providing pizza and tacos were delicious. Great selection of all different styles of beers and cocktails as well. Everyone should be able to find something they like!

Ex Novo has great beer, good food trucks, and lots of outdoor tables and chairs on both sides of the rock parking lot. It fills up quickly as it is a Corrales hotspot. Music a bit loud, and they have you use the code scanner to order drinks. I'm not a fan of that method of service, but maybe it is a labor cost savings.

My boyfriend Frejdyn introduce me to this awesome gem of a place. I fell in love with this place due to you can bring the kids the dogs the whole family has outside entertainment it's not just a brewery! This place dose not serve food but .... they instead always have the coolest food trucks which just adds to the whole outside experience. Plus they have music and games for adults and children like corn hole ect.... and the view is always amazing we love hopping on the motorcycle ? the scenery is always epic. Good beer ,good food ,good atmosphere equals a wonderful time with family,dogs and friends. I don't know about you but I'm all about that life?

This place is in my top 5 bars for the area. There are two bars and areas to hang out. Both are dog friendly. The staff helped us get my pup water and was very inviting. Awesome patios and great drinks!
