What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
My children love sonic it is consistent. My wife doesn't like it at all. I generally don't eat their fries. I don't know what it's about not sitting right for me. I love the lemon line **** nine out of 10 times make it bright every time you get someone who doesn't know how to mix it, but I feel like it View all feedback.
Order in App. Three drinks. When they came out, they came out with two of the three drinks. You were done wrong. When I asked the woman, she cuffed and acted angry. She offered to correct it, but I decided to keep the drink. I don't like sending something back, especially when the car iron was rude. Whenever we get to this sound, the service is always slow. And I typed a dollar in app before the service. Wish there was a way to tap according to the experience so that it can be after the received service.
Waited 25 minutes for a beam and a shake (after online ordering by the app.) After they both got, they were wrong, as they lacked adjustments for which I was extra paid and very melted. Auto-Hop said we were sorry that her guys came during an ice cream rush, but obviously our order was sitting there for a while. So we went through the drive thru, asked for a refund and returned the items. All the time we sat at a stable, we saw the drive thru line shrink and move on, so I'm pretty confident they forget about us. This is the norm for this place, so we don't go back.
After 2 bad experiences here and no good positive, I would say that is a zero star Sonic. My recent experience I sat through in the drive without moving 25 minutes. There was a truck parked in the pick-up window, and I finally went back before I paid. Try the Arby's next door if you would go sonic
They win 5 because of the help of josh. the other employees were also nice, even though they had a crazy time. although they can say they were crazy busy and shorthanded josh heard my complaining and was very nice and made me a new drink bigger and better and apologise for waiting and my drink didn't make right. it was a cold brew, but when I got it was already gone and it tasted like just kakao powder the new one I got was amazing! thank you again
I placed my order on line, then I went up to Sonic, pushed the button and told the lady I placed my order on line, she asked me if I checked in, I said no but I'm doing it now. She said she found my order, great, so, I waited and waited and waited. Finally after about 30, I flagged one of the delivery guys, told him my name and my order. He came out about 5 minutes later with my food. The lady said I never checked in, she lied and my food sat under a heat lamp for almost 30 minutes. Everything was cold, I'll never order on line again.
