Pokeport - Corona

My husband recently went to pick up food for us while I was working. He called ahead to confirm my order and was met with rude gestures and looks as if we were bothering the staff. In addition, the food was sloppily prepared and the containers were not even filled to the top. We have decided to dine elsewhere until the staff is replaced with more polite individuals. I understand that these young girls may be unhappy in their lives, but they should find something else to do rather than take out their frustrations on customers. Very disappointing.

We placed an order for pickup and the fish and toppings were tasty. However, the rice was hard and old, affecting the overall flavor of the dish. Overall, we would rate the food 2 out of 5.

This restaurant serves delicious poke bowls, but my only complaint is that it is not very clean. The bathrooms and floors are always dirty. Food: 4/5

Food was good, fresh.However service was trash! The restaurant was completely empty and despite two servers being present I had a very unpleasant experience. Servers didn’t greet/welcome me to the establishment and instead pressured me into ordering something to which I asked for a minute as it was my first time there, rather than breaking down the menu or walking me through a create your own bowl, I received an ugly stare and was asked 5 seconds later if I was ready to order. The servers focused on their cell phone and provided zero customer service. Very ugly attitude from both severs and uncalled for as all I do was walk into the place to buy food.

The seared garlic tuna was the star of my poke bowl. never take this off your menu!!!
