The overall experience at the restaurant was good, but last time we went, they forgot the meaning of the "vege bowl". Even though I said vegetarian, they gave me a confused look. Mistakes can happen, but they should compensate in some way, like offering a free dessert or something similar. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant as I usually go to one in Anaheim. I was expecting a delicious bagel as I have always received them fresh and soft in the past. However, this was not the case at this restaurant. I ordered half a dozen assorted bagels with two tubs of cream cheese, a coffee, and some drinks. When I got home and took the bagels out of the bag, I found that they were extremely hard, almost like rocks. I was very disappointed as I had gone out of my way to visit this restaurant specifically for my favorite bagels and cream cheese. It seemed like they may have been old stock kept in the fridge for a long time, waiting for someone to order them. I will not be returning to this place again, as the experience was horrible.
The staff at this restaurant were friendly and helpful with upbeat personalities. The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the Mediterranean hummus veggie sandwich, chocolate croissant, and sweetened green mango tea. To balance out the sweetness, I also had half unsweetened black tea.
I ordered the breakfast package along with a cup of Madagascar coffee. The package was delicious, but the coffee tasted a bit strange. However, the server gladly brought me a new cup with a smile. I also tried an orange cranberry muffin which was good.
On July 4th, many places were closed but Naomi visited us and even gave my son brownies for his birthday. We enjoyed speck and turkey sandwiches as well as a BBQ chicken sandwich.
I ordered the duet soup with a chicken sandwich, but was disappointed to receive only one small spoonful of skinny toasted noodles and a tiny bun. It seemed like the dish was intentionally made to deceive and upset customers who trust Panera. It felt like the cook may have spit poison or used leftovers in the food. The cook was Hispanic.
