Bizarre experience. The food is very good but the wait staff is terrible. Felt like I was in the twilight zone or was being pranked. There are too many other awesome places to eat in this town to ever return here..unless you want to feel like you were abducted by aliens and taken to opposite world. We slept here, a room for two people, everything was fine.. shame about the ambient noise that lasted until 3 in the morning..... Price per person: €50–60

Terrible treatment, no. The next thing...we entered the terrace around 9.30...we sat at the table, a young boy came to us and we asked him for the drink and the menu, with the intention of having dinner, the boy brings us the drink and the menu... There's even good... After 10 minutes... when we already knew what to order, he called him... and I told him that he could take our notes... when suddenly he tells us that they don't give dinners because the kitchen is already closed. ..I hallucinated, I say that he is kidding me...and as it sounds, I told him that because he had not warned us before...knowing that we were going to have dinner...but it was like talking to a statue, not even sorry, nothing at all... When I was going away I saw an older man inside the bar who I suppose was the boss, (that I wanted to talk to him and tell him what I thought), but obviously I quickly went to another restaurant to have dinner, But I asked how he can have such lousy customer service and the most embarrassing thing is that he doesn't show his face and is the one who gives the information that you can no longer dine because the kitchen is closed. In short, an organizational disaster, a service disaster... the worst I've ever seen. In other words, whoever reads this should make sure that they will end up having dinner, because on top of that they earn money with the drink that you supposedly consume while...you read the menu...and then tell you that there is no dinner. Shameful is little.
