I'm not used to making negative reviews but this is the case.. Beautiful location under the walls of Cori that gets paid.. Various menu of pizzas with the description of quality ingredients absolutely not reflected by how much eaten. Boscaiola absolutely flavored and burned, or my sun with very little seasoning. I was in this place to swallow the infamous Filipino pizza (the owner). has a really high quality of the products and a care and passion for the dough that unfortunately are not found around. we tasted different things from the menu and I have to say that everything went well. Unfortunately we sat on the terrace, I say unfortunately because the terrace is not connected with the local, you have to make the road on foot to get there, and being a Neapolitan dough, thin with high edge and therefore with little crispness when seasoned, unfortunately it arrived cold and became a little gummy. no fault goes to anyone, the kind waiters and filippo prepared, I recommend to organize better for these outdoor spaces that unfortunately do not really appreciate what the owner wants to convey through his pizza. I absolutely recommend to try pizzas with seasonal ingredients, chosen and processed carefully. I'll come see you again as soon as possible.
A characteristic place in the beautiful personal choirs very kind from cook to girls and boys all . we ate well we will definitely return.

Questa pizzeria si trova presso un vicolo del centro storico di Cori Valle. D 'estate ha usufruito di uno spazio suggestivo denominato piazza Pozzo Dorico, tra le mura antiche erano sistemati tavoli con ombrelloni bianchi decorati da piccole lampadine a luce calda. Ora si mangia soltanto all 'interno. L 'arredamento è minimal e sobrio. Si ha l 'impressione di un luogo pulito e ordinato. I proprietari ed il personale, giovane, sono disponibili e gentili. La ricercatezza è nelle materie prime. Solo prodotti di alta qualità i cui sapori definiti e riconoscibili, esplodono al palato ad ogni morso. La crocchetta di patate non è la solita industriale, è fatta in casa e si sente la 'pastosita ' ' della patata amalgamata con spezie fresche. Così come homemade sono i supplì. Il menù offre diversi elementi da gustare per antipasto tipici della tradizione napoletana, preparati al momento. La pizza 'Bufalina ' viene servita con un intero bocconcino freschissimo di bufala al centro... fantastica! L 'ultima volta ho scelto una semplice diavola, avevo voglia di piccante, ed il salamino sulla pizza era squisito. Per chi è un amatore della pizza napoletana, questo luogo è da provare! Il conto è proporzionato alla qualità, anzi!!! Andateci, magari dopo una bella passeggiata per il borgo per rifocillarvi per bene. Buon appetito!
