The staff was very friendly and the restaurant has a cool atmosphere and decor. Waiting time for our food was minimal and there was a wide selection of unique items I haven't seen anywhere else. I was especially there for vegan tacos and enjoyed what they had to offer. Just what I think I'd like to have been a little more spices, but that's on me because I'm not looking for hot sauce. I love trying new places but this was a one and done. When I walked in the lady behind the bar hands me a menu. When I go to sit down she says oh you order up here. So she took our order behind the bar as there is no “server”. They give you no chips and salsa. I ordered queso and that was probably the best thing.The mexican street corn is NASTY. Very authentic. Excellent chilaquiles, and the street corn is delicious! Service was fast for a food truck, and best of all, they use a propane tank, not a noisy generator.
My wife and I have eaten here 3 times and was highly satisfied every time . Fried chicken taco is on point!!!

Just tried it for the first time with the wife at the Food Truck Festival. A good friend of mine recommended it and the wife and I loved it. The wife is a picky eater, so the fact she loved it impressed me even more. Def would recommend this restaurant. Can’t wait to go back!
One of the best food trucks in Memphis! Everything I ordered was phenomenal and the service is impeccable! Get the grits, you won't regret it!
