We highly recommend the igloo experience! It provided a beautiful setting for the festive season, and the added bonus was that the food was delightful. Our starter was served in the igloo, and for our mains, we opted for the carvery, which was just a short walk from the main building. I can't recommend it enough! View all feedback.

Very sociable Christmas atmosphere, busy but we were at the quiet end. Festive afternoon tea was quite unusual, good job they give you doggy bags! Not a cheap afternoon and staff were a little rushed but nice all the same. View all feedback.
Had a celebration lunch on Sunday with 18 people. Food was very good and staff were very helpful. We have had big family gathering there before and both times couldn't fault it. Carvery always good.
Our experience was very enjoyable. The restaurant was serving a Christmas menu. I had a roast, and my partner had salmon. Our meals were well prepared and very tasty. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was comfortable and well presented. Overall, we both had a lovely evening. Prices for food and drink were reasonable.
Really good atmosphere, good food and good portions via the carvery! Friendly staff and lovely decor throughout for Xmas.
Busy pub/hotel in a quaint village where all the front doors of the houses are a particular shade of green, by order it would seem. I happened to get here on carvery night and was treated to an excellent meal, with the unusual treat of being able to have different meats (ham and beef in my case) together. Loads of veg and the biggest Yorkshire puds I've ever seen. Certainly worth a visit if you are in this lovely neck of the woods..
Our family gathering was well looked after and the good was excellent. I had a vegetarian carvery option, which was very reasonably priced and there was plenty of choice. Our party of some 20bpeople was well provided for and we enjoyed the day.
