However, the manager and other servers attempted to rectify the situation. On the other hand, some diners had a more positive experience, enjoying the delicious seafood dishes and excellent service provided by attentive staff members. While the restaurant had some issues with consistency, many customers found the overall value and quality of food to be satisfactory, making it a decent option for a family outing or casual dining.
I’m not crazy about Red Lobsters food in general, but their crab claws are consistently delicious. They are always meaty and perfectly cooked. Not the cheapest meal, but hey, it’s crab claws

The general manager Ashley and the server Sydney were wonderful. She took our drink and food order very quickly and he was very nice and polite with my family. They also brought out ice cream to celebrate my sister birthday. They made her day. Thank you
