Pizza Carousel - Coral Springs

To be fair, this place has a good pizza and my diving experience was always good. However, I tried to place a delivery order today and the entire operation is broken. I've been on the phone for a long time and since the hold recording continues to order me for faster service online, I have. I paid for my order online, got a confirmation that the pizza was on the way and so I waited for it to be delivered... for an hour! When I called to get an ETA on the missing pizza, I was told that they do not really check on online orders during the busy times and do not receive notifications when placing an order. My two options were to cancel the order for a refund OR wait another hour until the pizza is delivered. No apologies, no vouchers or discounts... just as it is attitude. I canceled. Very disappointed. You should better or stop promoting online order if not able to fulfill.

We came to a late lunch on Thursday, our server was very nice and attentive. We order a big cake, it was delicious many toppings on it. The sauce was also delicious and liked the thickness of the crust. Perfectly baked

If you are looking for delicious food and great, amazing service....this is it!!! Everyone from beginning to end was amazing. The owner visits every table and sends us treats on the house. A family went in before us and he said a little girl...” I have broccoli!” To which she reacts....” I love broccoli!” This shows you how attentive he and his employees are. We ordered so much that I can't choose a favorite....it was all so good!! Try it. You will not be disappointed!!

My husband and I were there last week. The pizza was delicious! It was perfect. The pizza does not need a paper towel to enjoy the oil/grasss sitting on top of the cheese. A

Came here on a whim during lunch time on a Monday. The pizza was delicious made fresh to order. I would eat here again.
