I enjoyed the food. Very good taste in all the places my family and I tried. The place has a nice atmosphere and the staff is friendly and formal. We loved the Huacaina Pasta!

I feel like the food has deteriorated a lot. Today I ordered a medium salmon and it arrived overcooked. They served us the starter and the main course all together and when we asked for the bill we had not finished getting up when they were going to clean up.I understand that you have to rotate diners but the restaurant is not worth two pesos. Let yourself enjoy even if it is the company of those who accompany us. I hope you take my suggestion in the best way.

Would get 5 stars across the board if it weren't for the floor manager.He has a lack of customer service skills , energy and understanding of the client experience.The rest of the staff is very nice and very helpful.Especially Giacomo and Juan Manuel. Give them a raise or make them managers.The owner is very kind And professional.Happy hour Maki is great.

Wow! How we enjoyed Embarcadero 41Spectacular food, both in presentation, quality and flavor. We also found the portions to be excellent, perfect for sharing and trying a little of everything.They have 4 locations but we visited their Coral Springs locationThey have a menu with special dishes and we tried almost all of them, one better than the other. The parmesan shells, fresh and with balanced flavors, like the tiradito, with the perfect amount of sauce to enjoy the freshness of the tuna and shrimp. The rice dishes were incredible, we had a long time without eating such good Carretillero Rice. The quinoa risotto with salmon was another star dish full of pure flavor. The waiter said we couldn't leave without trying their new BBQ Nikkei ribs and wow! Incredible.If you like chocolate, don't leave without trying their chocolate cake, a delightThe place is casual but cozy, it seems perfect for a family plan. The service was also very good and overall a super enjoyable experience, recommended.
