If you are looking for an Iranian "Persian" food , some of the plates are made with Halal meat if you want to ask. the atmosphere is vibrant and cozy, waitress are friendly with a smile . the place is defiantly not kids friendly so don't think about it.A lot of my Iranian friends say that it resembles the right taste for Iranian food, as I'm not Persian so I find it nice but for the lamb sliced stack I found it a bit... After having heard good reviews from my family here in Vancouver I was disappointed with the koobideh. In London, England Persian restaurants do not make koobideh from mixed meat beef and lamb. It was dry and tasteless. Very disappointed was expecting better from Vancouver. View all feedback.
Clean and tidy. good variation of middle Eastern food and objects. eva, as they have replaced the bar with products and meat products, the whole place is bigger and feels more spacious, which is beautiful (but not for those who love alcohole hehe)
Great customer service and friendly staff. meat section is really excellent and its baked tastes like the sky. will surely be back
This restaurant is fantastic. While visiting our family in Vancouver, we ended up at Urban Gate and found everything I wanted from Iran. The baked goods and meat dishes were exceptionally delicious.
I love to come here, I always get the lamb with baghalipoli and yogurt. the service and the ambiente is great and they give great portions for the price and the eating is delicious.
This restaurant is a clean and pleasant place to shop. The majority of the staff are friendly and helpful, and the quality of most of the products exceeds expectations. However, some items are priced higher than those at other stores.
