Mcdonald's - Cooper City

Just ordered a sausage mcmuffin and hash brown in tge drive thru. I was asked to pull ahead, park and have it brought out to me. When it had been 10 mins from the time I ordered and 6 other cars went through the drive thru after me, I went inside with myreceipt to get my order. Already annoyed, I see another lady standing at the counter with a bag. She told me they gave her thecompletely wrong order. Not one employee was at the front counter. We both stand there for a few minutes until I say loudly hello! Is anyone working here?!?! The lady (the manager I beleive) finally came out of the back, dancing and singing to themusic playing. Very unprofessional. I tell her that I 'm still waiting for my drive thru order and the other lady tells her shehas an entirely wrong order. She takes my receipt, shouts to the kitchen that she needs a sausage mcmuffin, and then hands me myorder within a minute, which means it was ready l, just not being filled. No apology at all! Complete and total incompetence. Iwon 't be back to this location.

McDonald?s has absolutely fall apart in the last three or four years. Total trash, order is always wrong. Everyone working there sucks.

I am not a fan of this restaurant. They always mess up my order, and the drive-thru is always slow. I miss the days of fast food actually being fast. Unfortunately, this is the only place nearby, so we are stuck coming here for a "quick" meal.

The young blonde girl served me a delicious fried hotdog, the best I've ever had. I also tried the vegan Impossible Nuggets made from all-natural ingredients, which were quite tasty. I topped off my meal with a McFlurry, made with milk that the girl mentioned she had personally sourced. I was truly impressed by the exceptional customer service. Special thanks to Laquishavious for going above and beyond to assist my wife during the birth of our first child in the dining room.

My son and I visited this restaurant and were impressed by the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. It felt like a magical experience, similar to that of Disney World. I would give it a 5-star rating without hesitation.
