The meal was ordered at 18.45 clock, 45 minutes. good of us, order was for 13 people, over £100. 90 minutes later no sign, ranked, said would be 20-30 minutes. the restaurant called at 9 o'clock, told them we had eaten as we were all. hungry, agreed to pay less for inconvenience and Scottish service. My meal came 2hours 30 mins I spent nearly 40 pounds on a meal here on Sunday through the Uber eats app I ordered 3 children’s meals which was X3 chips and tikka masala x2 and x1 chicken Korma chips also brought poppadoms and pickle...trays and onionbajis and 2 nan breads! Let’s just say when it arrived 2 hours and 30 mins later the meals looked like a cat had thrown up in the trays! It was stone cold! The popadoms had already been eaten maybe the driver got hungry? Who knows or they had ran out and gave me what they had left ? All I know is I wasn’t eating it .. it was all put straight into the bin as I wasn’t taking any chances with that! It smelt like off meat and my bin recycle caddy smells much better than this food! I contacted Uber eats who where amazing with me and issued me with a full refund as this is unacceptable! I left a review on Uber eats and my response was they wasn’t sorry as I ordered kids meals ? So it’s a bargain and it’s my own fault ? What a very professional response? And I will just add on here when I did call up the second time to check where my order was he said well we are busy init ? This place needs closing down it’s the worst place ever! I will stick to rhyl tandoori! They are clean food always amazing and customer service is amazing too and food hygiene is much better! I will be taking this further because I’m absolutely appalled and don’t want this happening to anyone else! I will attach the photo of the popadoms I received I kid you not this is what I received it’s absolutely disgusting! And keep your eyes pealed guys for the sarcastic and appealing response I will get from the restaurant! They need closing down! Infact go on all the reviews and see how they treat customers it’s awful!
