Staff seemed friendly, the place looked clean, food was ok not amazing but there was a lot of it, standard sort of price for what you get

Called multiple times. 95 minutes later was told food hadn 't even started cooking. I lost my sh1t and was then hung up on. Called back and then was verbally abused by the 'owner ' language and offers of a fight. £30 spent for absolutely nothing. Will be in tomorrow for my refund...and maybe a fight. Utterly disgusting service. Hope the junction one opens again soon as these morons obviously cannot cope without them.

I placed an order at 7pm and it still had not been delivered by 9:45pm. The restaurant was not answering their phone, which was ridiculous. It would have been quicker to fly to Alicante than to wait for delivery from Bay Grill. Although the food was good, I would recommend picking it up yourself instead of waiting nearly 3 hours for delivery.

I placed an order for delivery which took an hour and a half to arrive and was incorrect. They gave me 1 bag of salad for 3 kebabs, even though I only ordered 2 kebabs, both of which were supposed to be chicken. The other kebab was a mystery. The food was freezing cold and when I called to complain, the person on the phone tried to blame the driver. I will never order from this restaurant again as there always seems to be something wrong with my order.
