Mcdonald's - Conway

This McDonald's location can get very busy during lunch and late night (10pm-12am), but I can't blame them for that since they can't control what people do or eat. Overall, the quality of food here is average to above average. I am deducting one star because while the grill workers are efficient, the drive through and fryers tend to send out lukewarm fries consistently. I recommend ordering the burgers and chicken sandwiches, but maybe skip the fries.

This restaurant is spotlessly clean and impeccably managed. I adore their coffee. Even though it can get a bit chaotic during peak hours, that's only because they are very busy.

The restaurant has recently been remodeled, giving it a very modern and spacious atmosphere. Personally, I was not a fan of the particular style chosen for this remodel, as the dining area seemed cheap and didn't quite match the typical McDonald's aesthetic. Despite this, the service was quick, although I was the only customer dining inside at the time. The restaurant was clean, but since it was close to closing time, the staff were already beginning to clean up.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife was waiting in curb side for 10 minutes. She hasn't eaten all day because she has college and didn't have time. She decided to go through drive through to ask about her order. They said she needed a code which you normally would but she did curbside and the employee wouldn't listen to what she was saying about curbside and kept asking for the code and being rude about it. She started crying because of the employees attitude mixed with her hormones for being pregnant. She just wanted to eat. She went into the store and the employee in the front was helpful and got her food to her without having a code.

They never get my order right. Everytime I order a medium frappe they come in all different size cups. I don't get how hard it is to read a menu and then make the item requested.
