Customer service is slow sometimes due to the fact that sometimes it gets really busy and they are understaffed so it takes a little bit longer to get to the phones and take orders and satisfy the customer. They can only do just so much. It's very hard to take orders and make orders when there are only a few people working. Please understand. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Papa Johns Pizza:
I order half a lg filled crust pizza suprama and pepperoni and Canadian bacon I got a lg papoerioni and that was that drove about 20 miles to it drove 20 wrong pizza not even near my order too far to it back. View all feedback.
It is not a din in such atmosphere. They are fast with the service. I eat the stuffed crust and the little mum eats the wings. Fantastic.
Nathan was a great help and received our wishes. He went beyond and beyond. Also great pizza and wings!
I love Papa Johns because I always get extra Marinara on my pizza. I like to have the opportunity to get EXTRA sauce.
I had the taste for a small cheese pizza. I love their garlic dipping sauce however the price I paid for a small cheese pizza was . $11-$12)...ugh.... I could've stopped somewhere else that has 3 letters and got the same size pizza with unlimited toppings for less.
Love Papa Johns, just wish this location was more consistent in how they make their pizzas. When its good its great, and when it's bad.... well.
