Kung Fu Tea - Conroe

We went a couple of times and we really liked this place, their bobba drinks are excellent.

Good drinks and are always consistent in quality but the people behind the counter seem to be unhappy or unpleasant most of the time. For an encounter that may only last a couple minutes, even a fake smile can brighten someone else's day. Aside from that, the tables and restrooms are always clean when I've visited so I feel there are otherwise no issues. Perhaps the pay is very low or the conditions are bad? Are they shy?

Honey milk tea is good! Very sweet. At other places they ask you the level of sweetness you want. They didn't ask me here. Not sure they can adjust that..The menu is too long.The service was cold.The interior is not inviting or cozy. This is more of a to-go kinda place.But the drink is good. Overpriced, but good.

I’m huge on customer service. It just isn’t there. The cashier was bordering on rude and cancelled my transaction twice because she said I needed to select a tip. I love to tip above and beyond for great service, but I selected no tip for this reason alone! There service was terrible. My kids love boba so we stayed. The tea was mediocre and quite pricey. We won’t be back

This place was awesome for me to knock out some studying. They offer board games for those who want to hang out with others. The vibes are chill and the tea selection is huge. I got the matcha milk. Loved the fact that they had options for lactose free. I will be back and will probably order the same thing.
