A group of five of us went in to place an order and ended up standing at the counter for ten minutes without anyone taking our orders. The employees were just standing around like they didn’t know what to do. The manager looked our way but kept working with a very dismissive attitude. Not a single person came over to acknowledge us or even apologize for the wait, letting us know they would take our order shortly. Additionally, the self-service machines at Wendy’s were out of order. Overall, the service and training from top to bottom were severely lacking.

I watc... read more What I experienced tonight was really bad. I ordered on the mobile app for pickup inside. There was a young man running the counter. He had the sniffles. I watched him wipe his nose, with his hand, then continue to handle the money from a customer. But the worst part was he then continued to get food for the customers. I watched him handle many types of food items and the drink cups by the top rim with him fingers inside the cup. HE DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS NOR DID HE EVEN PUT ON GLOVES! The manager was not much better, he was running drive thru and handling food items, also without gloves. He looked like he would rather be somewhere else, so I did not mention it, took my food and threw it in the TRASH! BEWARE if you eat at this location! I will NEVER again.

As a GrubHub driver they make it very hard to be able to deliver anything from here you never know whether the door is open or whether you have to go through the drive-thru. They take forever it usually takes me minimum of 10 minutes to get here to pick up an order and I'm still having to wait 10 minutes after I arrive and ain't nobody here no other customers. This is ridiculous and it's like this every time I come here if you can't do any better than that close the doors for good

The outdoor tables looked inviting, but on this relatively hot day we opted for the air conditioninginside.
