Very good value for money. Decent sized portions for a very reasonable price. The staff are very pleasant, attentive and eager to please, they make you feel like a valued customer. The lassis and rotis were excellent and the rice and curry very tasty. The music was quite monotonous though. Definitely worth going to the Tibetan Kitchen if you are in Hampi a couple of days. They offer homemade bread and tasty cookies, along with a wide breakfast selection. Enjoy the morning sun while relaxing on comfortable sofas. They also serve Momos.
The atmosphere is pleasant, the food is delicious, and the staff is exceptional. I have dined here once and I highly recommend this restaurant.
The veg salad in the picture was tasteless, as were the rest of the dishes. Our friends recommended this place because they remembered the owner/cook had changed three years ago. When we complained about the salsa topping on the salad, they replaced it with mayonnaise. After another friend complained, they took it away and brought back the same plate without the mayo. The Momos were served with an unusual chutney, not in traditional Tibetan style.
The first time we tried Momos, so we didn't compare much, but we ordered spinach and cheese steamed and I think they were very delicious, the Veg paruta was excellent. The owner was super friendly, we had a nice time.
