Customer service is missing. Milkshakes only 2/3rds full, girl with Teal/Green wig completely rude. Thanks for not asking for any tips. Mocha Milkshake has not been available for several weeks. Today they didn't have an oreos.
This cookout sucks. Drive-thru lady was rude for no reason. the burger we ordered were a mess. I swear this burger spot is bottom of the barrel. never again
They don't understand what plain means and tbh I come here all the time and I'm fed up with it. It should be simple to understand. And when the burger is half the size of the bun it's a shame. Cook out needs workers that actually work!
BBQ sandwich had barely any meat and was missing the hot sauce. And these wraps look like a 5 year old kid made them with there eyes closed. That seasoning is so strong a little goes a long way and they pulled it all at one end. Kinda sad if that?s the best an employee can make a chicken wrap.
Milkshakes are very good, they do not always put what you ask them to. But when they do they are good. The burgers are very thin, tastey though. Better ask for extra chili if you like chili on your hot dog. They only put a tablespoon on it. Love the fries and corn dogs are very crunchy.
