We were passing through and stopped in for a beer. Wish we had time to sample the interesting menu. It's an hour and half from where we live, but we will be back. Concepcion is a beautiful pueblo and not overrun the tourist crowd. View all feedback.
We went through and thought of a beer. I wish we had time to try the interesting menu. It's half an hour from where we live, but we'll be back. Concepcion is a beautiful Pueblo and does not overrun the tourist crowd.
We went for the first time with friends to Concepcion de Buenos Aires and found this beautiful little restaurant on one of the corners directly opposite the main square so that we stopped for lunch at noon. This is too early for Mexicans to have lunch, so they first brought us their breakfast menu, which looked quite nice, with many articles made from Chilaquiles, hot cakes, Quesadillas, eggs prepared in various ways and, depending on the season, corundums (a kind of Tamalee). We asked if we had a lunch menu and they were obliged. There were many possibilities for Comida, including beef, chicken, shrimp and fish dishes, as well as Birria (Gotteintopf). Our vegetarian friends had the cheese quesadillas, made with local cheese (a specialty in this area) and handmade tortillas. Another friend had the fillet of fish mojo y ajo (married in a citrus and garlic sauce and then grilled) and I had the chicken wing in Chipotle sauce. Both articles were very delicious and the presentations were very attractive (see photos). NOTE: One of the other customers told us that the BBQ chicken wings were also delicious. Tio Lucas also offers full bar service, with many types of liqueurs, tequilas, beer and even a homemade artesanale blackberry pool. If you ever eat in this charming little town in the Sierra del Tigre and looking for somewhere, I would definitely recommend stopping at the Tio Lucas restaurant.
Un excelente lugar para estar compartiendo con todos tus seres queridos!!
