My friends and I came in to grab dessert. We're from out of town, and one of my friends noticed they advertised unlimited toppings, and asked if he could get as many as possible. The lady working the counter said since it was slow she'd happily oblige. I'd give 10/5 if I could, because my friend was so happy they actually gave him what he wanted. What Me me optimistic doesn't like about Simply Rolled Ice Cream:
The young man that was working on his own did a great job exspecially since he was by himself and it had just opened and he was busy. I didn't get his name but incase his supervisor see this it was on 2/25. He kept the line going. The stars are actually for him. We tried three different flavours of the rolled ice cream, the Buckeye, a salted pretzel caramel and one with pineapple and vanilla. All three were delicious. The staff were helpful, courteous and efficient. We had no wait Wednesday at 7.30pm was maybe the reason. Would definitely recommend.
I cannot tell you how much I love this place. I was there last night for Opening Day and we told so many people about it that we got another group to go tonight! The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the choices, creativity, and cleverness of the options are endless! Very reasonable pricing for it, too. Would totally recommend!
While I wish there was more room in the shop, that's my only complaint! The staff was friendly and it was a cool experience to watch your ice cream being made. Mine turned out beautifully but my friends' did not. I guess it depends on who makes it tho! It was all delicious
So fun to watch them roll it! Also loves the spoons, I was very surprised when they turned purple!Definitely a place to go for some good ice cream!! The buckeye one was great!!
This was the best ice cream! It was a 45 minute wait... It was well worth it. I'll be going back next weekend. The staff was really nice too!
