Contribute FeedbackRooh's food quality has been criticized by some, with one reviewer experiencing an unpleasant stomach reaction. Another mentioned disappointing large plates, but praised the appetizers, small plates, and cocktails. However, positive reviews commended the exceptional service, creative twists on classic Indian dishes, and overall delicious food. Despite some negative aspects like noise levels and high prices, Rooh is still recommended for its unique flavors and beautifully presented dishes, making it a standout choice for an Indian dining experience.
OMG.. loved Rooh for everything. The ambience, atmosphere, service, drinks and the amazing food. A truly delightful gourmet experience. A beautifully curated drinks and food menu, that doesn't throw up an array of dishes commonly found in other restaurants. The menus offer limited options in each category but it focuses largely on the quality and presentation of food and drinks. Each of the food items we ordered left us in awe. Being vegetarians, I and my Indian friend ordered Samosa Chaat and a cauliflower starter (forgot the exact name for it), they were amazing. But the real connoisseur in us devoured the main course like no where else. The Kofta Curry and Paneer Pinwheel were Outta this world. Never ever have I tasted such flavourful and perfectly cooked vegetable dishes, even back home. The Garlic Naans were equally amazing and we ordered one more serving just to satiate our senses. I regret not taking pictures of the food but I surely did one of the unique desserts, Gajar Ka Halwa and Jaggery Ice Cream. The restaurant owner and the staff made sure that we were served well and rounded up a memorable dining experience. Thank you Team Rooh You stirred our Souls
I had been wanting to try this restaurants so when I saw them on the restaurant week list, I jumped at the chance. It was $40 per person for three courses. My dining partner got one alcoholic drink so with tax and tip the bill was over 100. We both agreed that the food at our three currently favorite Indian restaurants had much more flavor and was a much better value. You are of course, paying more for the atmosphere here. It is a lovely restaurant.
Great food drinks. Best Indian food I have had and short list of best restaurants of any kind. Amazing staff were very sweet and the meal was timed perfectly.
Rooh can be described as overpriced place Food is not that delicious Quantity is very very small Limited menu Good is bar and ambience Service is over sweet.
We love this place. My group comes into town once a year and this is our splurge dinner for the week. Food is excellent. The drink wheel is fun and they are delicious! Staff are always incredible. Could not recommend this place more!
