On 10/13 I went to this Canes and ordered several meals for my family. When I got home my order and my husband's had chunks and slivers of WOOD in the fries. I contacted the corporate office on 10/13 via their online form but was unable to submit the videos or pictures I had of the wood. I've always loved Raising Canes Chicken!! Would usually have given a 5 star rating, but the last few times I've been, the Texas Toast and Cole Slaw have been halfway decent, not like normal! But over all, absolutely mouth watering!!!
Clean, not busy, good fresh food, friendly service. The manager even gave us a discount! I would definitely eat here again.
Zero stars .Ordered 50 pack tenders , fries , bread , 100 dollars worth of food , got to my destination, and NO CANES SAUCE.WAS PROMISED EVERYTHING WAS IN THE BAG .WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.THEY ALSO WOULDNT MAKE IT RIGHT , ONLY OFFERED TWO BOX COMBOS FOR THEIR MISTAKE.TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
This location has gotten better but still need to slow down a bit. Always forgetting our extra sauce and lid was not secure on cup and made the carrier wet and all 4 drinks broke through the bottom.
