I had low expectations for finding a delicious Italian beef sandwich, as I have tried many in Columbus without much luck. Food trucks, festivals, and some restaurants have offered them, but none have compared to this place. Pam really knows how to make a great Italian beef sandwich. It is not just an afterthought on the menu at her restaurant. It was so tasty that I even ordered a drink to go with it. View all feedback.
If my tastebuds serve me correct, Pam pops in coconut oil. OMG so good! Like move theatre popcorn before they switched to canola in the late 80's. Pam ads lots popcorn mixes. Good Vienna hot dogs too! Awesome!
The best popcorn I?ve ever had. The Windy City mix is my favorite and the painful purgatory popcorn is my wife?s favorite. Pam is always friendly and helpful. We?ve enjoyed her treats from when she was at North Market years ago to now that she is even closer to home in Gahanna, it?s even better!
Tried Carmel apple popcorn was awesome. Mrs Pam was nice.
Wonderful little popcorn shop and pretty reaonably priced! The owner is super nice and the popcorn is very very yummy! I got the kettle corn, Brutus Blitz (chocolate PB popcorn), pumpkin spice, and peppermint chocolate- all are AMAZING. Definately worth stopping in!
I visited Chicago very briefly almost a year ago and was lucky enough to try an Italian beef sandwich. I was living in California at the time but have since moved to Gahanna as of this year. I had never heard of this sandwich before, but I fell in love and have wanted another ever since. I recently came across an article listing the best sandwiches in the Columbus area and was surprised to find this place. I was kind of skeptical at first since it was a popcorn shop and I couldn?t find any pictures on the Google listing (apart from the menu listing at the counter). A week after reading that article I finally got a chance to stop by and try it and was not disappointed! The sandwich was incredible, the meat was super thinly sliced, tender, and the jus was intense with flavor. The giardiniera really put the sandwich over the top flavor-wise and added a nice spice to it as well. The only downside was that I got it to-go and the giardiniera made half of the bun soggy (but that?s my fault, so I can?t dock them, and next time I?ll ask for it on the side). I figured while I was there I might as well get a Chicago dog too and it was equally as good. Pickles, peppers, relish, poppy seed bun, everything was really fresh. So glad I live only 10 minutes away!
