What Maynard Wunsch likes about Maria's Restaurant:
Hands down one of my favorite restaurants. I've been eating at Maria's since they first opened twenty-five or so years ago. I no longer live in Columbus, but I try to eat here when I am visiting. Solid mexican food and good tortillas. Shown here is the machacado plate. Get some! View all feedback. What Alessandro Maia doesn't like about Maria's Restaurant:
was not really impressed with eating. I had the tostadas and the dish was hard and unbeatable. the quesadillas were decent meat had taste only barely cheese. as always not recommended. View all feedback.

read moreWhile some diners were disappointed with the food and service at this Mexican restaurant, others had a more positive experience. Some complained of bland and poorly prepared dishes, as well as slow and unfriendly service. One diner even had to re-box their order due to errors in delivery. However, there were also glowing reviews of dishes such as street tacos, gorditas, and breakfast options. Customers praised the generous portion sizes and delicious flavors. Despite mixed reviews, the overall atmosphere was described as quaint and cozy. Overall, while some had a less than stellar experience, others found Maria's to be a hidden gem for tasty Mexican cuisine and friendly service.
