Kung Fu Tea - Columbus

This was the best taro milk tea I've ever had! The restaurant offers a wide variety of drink options and combinations, as well as fast service and friendly staff.

We went into the restaurant and purchased three drinks and desserts totaling over $24. One of the drinks had too much of an ingredient, making it extremely bitter. We are regular customers and know our drinks well. My son tried to exchange it, but the staff laughed and refused. When I intervened, they were incredibly rude and disrespectful, laughing in my face. I remained polite but insisted on a replacement as the drink was undrinkable. Other customers also witnessed this and started to leave. Eventually, the person I identified as the manager exchanged my order. I usually enjoy the drinks at this place, but I cannot support a business that treats customers and their children so poorly. They should have a policy in place to replace drinks that do not meet expectations. I have never experienced such terrible service in my life at a restaurant. We used to love coming here for drinks, but after this incident, I may have to reconsider.

My sisters recommended this place and I absolutely loved it! I had the coffee milk tea and it was amazing!

Delicious drinks and so many combinations. The mango slushy tea and strawberry ones were very good. Would come again to try something else.

My sister and I are violently nauseous and in abdominal pain immediately after drinking the milk tea. I'm an hour away from home, and this is currently a hell of a car ride. The flavors and service is good though, so I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1.
