Experience wasn’t great because Bravo didn’t have near enough staff working. Our waitress hustled her butt off but not a whole lot she could do. She was honestly working as hard as can be. Waited about 25 mins for a drink because they only had one bartender.
Was a wonderful Mother’s Say! Food was excellent and staff was very courteous.
My family had a fantastic Mother's Day dining experience at Bravo Italian Kitchen in Columbus, Lennox. The food was absolutely delicious, particularly the Pasta Woozie, salmon, and pizza that we ordered. Our waiter was attentive and helpful throughout our meal. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful dining experience.
The food service at this restaurant was excellent, but the pace was unfortunately too slow. It took a long time to receive our soup and salad. However, the dessert - chocolate lava cake - was absolutely fantastic!
They had no salmon, no calamari, and the manager would do nothing to make the customer happy. Then my guest had paper in his pasta, and he got a free meal. The manager is the reason I will not return to this restaurant, the server did the best she could with a manager that did not care about having satisfied customers.
