The food was exactly what you expect from a Wendy’s. Unfortunately, we got there right at shift change and had to wait a good bit just to put in our order. But kudos to Wendy’s for still having the 4 for $4 amongst everything else increasing in prices. View all feedback.
What Joel S doesn't like about Wendy's:
Ordered around 5:05, and didn't receive our food until about 6:05. Although I had to remind the staff of our order 2 times after ordering, they were very kind and apologetic. Not sure if some staff needed more training, but regardless the kindness and good customer service was worth the wait. They were busy, and I try to be understanding. Ultimately, they did well, nothing but a human mistake. Thank you for the compl... View all feedback.
Do you have an hour to spare tonight? Well this place has one for you. 15 minutes in the drive-in with only one car in front of me. 15 minutes at the menu/microphone where the employee says, We will be right with you. Still only one car ahead of me. Turns off headset while I was still there with a huge line behind me. 15 minutes at the window, waiting for I 'm not sure what. But everyone is going up to the window outside of their cars and creating an unsafe environment. 15 minutes pullled up at the end, waiting for them to fix the order that was wrong. Do not go here at night.
The chicken nuggets and fries were good and hot, bitbthe Son of a baconator tasted like iy was sitting there all day.
This is by far one of the worst Wendy's I?ve gone to over the years. Every time I go, the drive thru line is EXTREMELY slow, staff customer service is sub par, and orders are occasionally wrong. I hate leaving bad reviews but it?s been 3 occurrences in a row when these things have happened.
My burger was made correctly and staff was very polite. My only complaint was they were out of Chocolate Chunk cookies. This has happened at other area Wendy?s recently as well.
The people here are super friendly, especially Malcolm. He never forgets a face which makes going to this location so memorable. It feels like walking onto the set of Cheers!
