Burger King - Columbia

My boyfriend and I waited for our food at the restaurant for seven minutes and they forgot to bring us ketchup. Don't bother wasting your time here, there are plenty of other restaurants nearby with better food, quicker service, and who don't forget simple things like condiments. I won't be returning.

The lobby was very rude and dirty, and I was not satisfied with the customer service.

The sandwiches and fries were not hot. I requested no pickles on two sandwiches and no mayo on two sandwiches. However, I received three sandwiches with no pickles and one sandwich with no mayo.

I really use to like this place. great service. until the cook with the thick glasses walked out the bathroom without washing his hands. Lost my appetite after wards. Zero stars.
