Service was extremely slow. Waited over 30 minutes after ordering at the drive through. When I went in the manager had no idea I even order. There were multiple people waiting after ordering at the drive through View all feedback.
Needs renovation and an exterminator. There were bugs on the floor and tables. Also, there were buckets on the floor because of the leaking roof.
Placed order at drive thru. Person at windiw repeated order three times. Didn't get what I ordered when I looked in bag. Biscuits weren't even done However I called spoke to a manager who was nice and replaced my order which was very good

Not all Bojangles are created equal. This is a good one.
