Service has greatly improved over the last few years. I still have to really make sure my order is taken correctly. Speed has improved immensely, also. Bagels aren't quite like what I can get back home, but very good for the area. View all feedback.

I am sure this place has good items, but unfortunately I do not know. I place an order with DoorDash for a bagel with cream cheese- the order was labeled BAGEL with cream cheese. Under the bread type options they had wheat. Since the order was called BAGEL with cream cheese I assumed they meant wheat bagel so I ordered that. What I got was cream cheese on toast. Simply put, their breakfast bagel egg sandwich (eggel) is phenomenal in any combination you can think of (supreme bagel, sausage, egg, American cheese here my go to). This also means their bagels are phenomenal. Everything is great in fact. They’ve recently added online ordering and that would add a 6th star if the review would allow it. Love this place!!
I placed an online order directly from their website and after waiting in a long line, the business indicated it didn’t receive the order. They provided no assistance. I’ll now need to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
Good food, fair service but the place really needs an overhaul. No ambiance because of the bright florescent lights, shabby booths and it could use a bit of redecorating and paint.

I was here during COVID and never got a chance to experience this place. Came back today to do some work instead of going to a Panera and it was a great choice. Food was good coffee was a lot better. The guy behind the register was crushing it. Taking orders, ringing people up, and hand delivering the food to tables. Place was busy and he made it seem simple. Great job
