What King White doesn't like about Arby's:
I wanted to try the hot honey chicken. There was a long line of cars in the drive-thru, and after we ordered, they made us wait for fresh chicken to be cooked. After approximately 10 minutes, our order was finally ready. However, they forgot to give us the fries and the buffalo chicken was too spicy. Management and staff are phenomenal!! Always so very nice and quick. 3/2/22 team was killing it during the lunch rush!

If you value food safety, do not eat here. My wife and I stopped in for lunch, and as we stood in line we watched one of the employees making a shake for a drive-thru customer. The whipped cream was falling off the top of the drink, so the employee used the side of the drizzle bottle he was holding, without gloves, to push the topping back up on top of the cup. He then proceeded to wipe his hands all over the counter because he got whipped cream on them, and then used his fingers to reshape the topping and deliver it to the window for the customer. It's one thing that not a single one of the employees had a mask on, but as a food safety certified individual that used to work in food service... I'm disgusted. I would have fired that employee on the spot. If you can't afford to hire employees with common sense, then it's time to re-evaluate your business.
New in town. Took nephew to eat there. He really enjoyed!!
