P.f. Chang's - Colorado Springs

For some reason, both times I've been here, the service was very slow and the server wasn't very attentive. The food isn't as good as I'd like either. We ordered California rolls and they were soft (not a good soft) and almost too warm to eat. I'd rather take my business to Pei Wei just a few miles away and get fresh, hot and delicious food.

1. timer here today and the experience was everything and more! with my suga mama stopped and add the sweet and acidic huhn ananas and it was absolutely divine! fortunately, I also had a healthy part of bark meat and broccoli and both teller are worth the price. if they still have space for dessert after the healthy portions they serve, I definitely recommend the kokos ananaseis it is phenomenal! I cannot speak for all server in the restaurant, but they all had pleasant smiles on all their faces. james, our server, went beyond and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met during our dines this afternoon. quality food, with quality service I will definitely return in the future.

I took my partner to this restaurant for her birthday because she specifically chose it over other options. Our server was friendly and attentive, and our food arrived promptly. However, you'll notice that I only took pictures of the appetizers—this is because they were far better than the main courses. We were really disappointed. The sushi, especially the Dragon Roll, and the pan-fried shrimp rolls were fantastic. Unfortunately, the crispy orange shrimp and chicken fell flat; they were quite bland, and we felt we could have gotten more flavor at Panda Express. The fried rice and lo mein were also quite dry, basic, and unimpressive—honestly, we could have made something tastier at home for less money. To top it off, there was an extra charge for both the fried rice and lo mein!

We came from Dallas to visit and it was our first time in Colorado Springs. Since we were staying at a hotel near P.F. Chang's, we decided to dine there. We were greeted warmly and seated right away, arriving around 5 PM. The food was delightful, and our waiter, Kelly, was fantastic—he always made sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend this place!
