Panera Bread - Colorado Springs

Absolutely worst piece of scrap. the personal was always underwhelmed. does not know the difference between all bagels vs chocolate bagels. filthy sweet and hearty objects in a bag. terrible! never go again!

My spouse and I visited this restaurant to use a gift card that they had received. the menu was always confusing and the prices were quite high. this is the first time that I have eaten here in fifteen years and not yet impressed.

Is that what your ciabatta brot usually looks like? I had a friend who picked this up for me and I was shocked to see how thin it was and the taste was not a typical ciabatta. she said she asked the young lady if the way she looked was normal and she scrubbed her shoulders. what a disappointment!

We paid $51.00 for 2 pick 2 and a kids soup, 2 drinks. Can't believe that's what we paid. Ouch. Flat bread pizza was aweful and the only saving grace was the broccoli and cheddar soup. We will not be returning. Quality and service was poor. I went back to ask for an itemized list of what we got and they made review with them verbally. Oh, BTW fountain drinks were 4+ dollars a piece and not listed on the menu anywhere. Stay away from the panera on N Academy

This place needs to get it together. we arrived 10:50am with 5 people in line an nobody taking orders! waited and waited now it's 11am and cook yells no more breakfast! well now its 11:03am an we finally get to place our order so we figured since we were there before they called no more breakfast they would allow us to order a couple of breakfast bagel sandwiches. nope! cashier asked if we could get breakfast bagel and (rude) cook says shes not doing breakfast anymore! well we walked out. if this place had staff that knew what they were doing this place might be worth going to.
