Duca's Neapolitan Pizza

Hands down one of my favorite pizza places in town! They do Neapolitan style pizzas, which are my favorite style. It’s thin crust dough that’s made fresh every day. The ingredients are always fresh. The pizza is cooked in a wood fired brick oven. For me, it doesn’t get any better than this style of pizza. The pizzas come out pretty quickly too, which is another advantage to this style of pizza. If you’ve never tried a Neapolitan style pizza, you need to treat yourself to a Duca’s pizza!

This used to be a nice family owned restaurant up until recently when it was taken over buy a corporate jackass who does not care about keeping it a little mom and pop restaurant. He took down the pictures of Duca's family. They started adding pineapple on pizza and changing some of the original recipes. It's just not the same anymore.

The best atmosphere and great Italian style pizza in town. They may have more beer to choose from... The staff works with full dedication. I really loved the pizza, so I even ordered two extra ones to goGrazie mille, amici

We've been coming to Duca's for years, but may not be back again. This most recent round of employees are the most incompetent group I've ever seen. The ingredients and flavors for the pizzas are still there, but destroyed by very poor execution. Note to the owner: this group needs to be fired or retrained asap before they take the whole business under. There was no one else waiting, but it still somehow took the 6 employees working, over 20 minutes to make 3 small pizzas, which should normally take no more than 5 minutes. All 6 employees were just haphazardly standing around doing everything except their jobs playing around with blasting their music playlists, smoking outside around the back, and playing on their phones showing each other tik tok videos instead of working and learning how to make a proper Neapolitan pizza (it's really not that hard). My husband worked here many years ago, and was just cringing at the way the employees poorly threw together the pizzas we would've preferred jumping back there to make our own pizzas at this rate, it would have been a much better product. The old location that was recently closed used to have this one girl working all by herself who outworked this entire group of 6 workers in every way possible 10x over. By the time we got our pizzas, it was just as we had worried the toppings were all thrown in the center, dough not properly shaped which made the pizza irregular and half the size it normally should be, the pizzas didn't look very appetizing as they normally should, and the mozzarella had been thrown on the pizzas when wet making the entire crust soggy. We are so disappointed in this experience DO BETTER!

Super disappointed with the quality, this was our first time at this restaurant. We order 2 pizzas and for some reason the bottom was raw, the toppings were not even on the top.Food: 1/5
