My husband and I probably visit Chick-fil-A more often than we'd like to admit. We've consistently received excellent service, but we want to give a special shout-out to Ken, who always seems to be at the drive-thru. He is incredibly friendly and makes us feel truly welcomed, which is why we always look forward to our dinner visits to Chick-fil-A! Thank you, Chick-fil-A Arcadia, and a big thank you to Ken for providi... View all feedback.
What Elva DuBuque doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
Made a big order, one item was missing, called and asked if it can be replaced next time we swing by. Two weeks later we made a big order again, asked for that item to be included, staff reassured us it will be there. Asked again at the window, member of staff pointed at the box and said it 's there. Arrived home, item missing, made a call and the result was they can replace it again , but couldn 't deliver it to our... View all feedback.
Chick-fil-A never disappoints. super fast drive thru and orders are always correct food: 5/5
My favorite location. Always easy to get in and out quickly and the people are always super friendly. I normally order through the app and only have to show the parking place number when I get there.Kid-friendliness: Very much a family restaurantParking: I have not had any issues with parking ever. Sometimes it's crowded but this tells me how good it is.
I placed an order online for pick up well before the 10:30 am time. By the time the poor girl standing outside got to my daughter in the drive thru it was 10:38..Told her my name for pick up she went in, I assumed to get the order and came back out stating that it was already past the 10:30 time and they couldnt give it to us. When I called the manager she said bc we weren't there before 10:30 and my order canceled automatically. Yet they gave me a receipt canceling my order.
Seriously? Do I need to tell anyone about my experience at Chick-fil-A? Chick-fil-A is the most reliably fantastic fast food place ever. I believe everyone has had Chick-fil-A before. And if you have and you liked it, you'll most likely enjoy it every time.
Like their food. More salad options would be a plus. A bunless chicken option for the sandwiches would also be nice.I wish CFA would take steps towards being more sustainable. They still have forever chemicals in their packaging.Drink cups are still EPS (styrofoam), which does not recycle. I have seen paper cups at some CFA locations in other parts of the nation. A much better option than EPS, both for consumer health and environment. How about offering reusable cups for sale and customers can bring them back for a small discount on drinks (by increasing the price for disposable cups)? Or better yet, use reusable cups, plates and utensils for dine in customers and wash them after each use. It would save an incredible amount of water and resources. Still safe.Add bins for composting left over food (There is a local program for business waste composting).Add bins to recycle left over drinks and ice can be used for watering the landscaping at least.Cut down on packaging by not bringing the food out in paper bags to dine in customers.Provide service stations with sauces in bigger serving containers, allowing customers to dish out only what they need in smaller serving cups (reusable). These serving stations can be made touchless to improve hygiene.Give a discount to customers that pull up in the drive thru in an electric/hybrid vehicle.
