I can see the change in this particular subway. There is new management or staff. I can say that the manager Marques is excellent and professional in running that subway. He really will make sure that if it’s not right, he’ll fix it(his motto). Very POOR customer service. Employee needs additional training. Very rude and unable to respond to simple questions. Spoke with manager, waste of time.
This is located inside the hospital on the 3rd floor. The staff is always nice but the line can go a little slow during busy times. The ovens tend to toast on the darker side so be aware. Overall a decent Subway.
