The fabulous breakfast we had in Lincoln City at the Otis Restaurant. I had the Bread Pudding French Toast with a side of Bacon and I had to try the Black Molasses Bread. View all feedback.
Good food and service. Crowded and no parking. It was worth it!
Great food, friendly staff and the BEST Marionberry pie you've ever had. It was like eating a piece of heaven.
They did add the tip with 8 of us but they would had gotten more if they didn't do it
I'll start by saying that we chose this place based on it having 4.7 stars so the assumption was that we were in for a local treat. The food came out super fast which was great and unexpected for how busy it was but after tasting the food I can see why it came out so quickly. The sourdough plate size pancakes were just okay and a little undercooked in the middle. The Otis omelet and hashbrowns had zero seasoning and the veggies were not even cooked. The veggies in the omelet were carrots, celery, cauliflower, broccoli which is an odd choice for an omelet. The sourdough toast served with the meals was barely even toasted and wasn't that good considering they bake all their bread there. The german potatoes looked great to the eye but under seasoned, just needed basic salt and pepper. French toast was sub par and was barely just above sliced bread, almost no batter on it. So overall, the service was great but food was pretty disappointing.
Great breakfast joint! Sourdough pancakes bigger than your head. Great space, quick service. I loved that you could see the boulanger making fresh baked treats in the back of the kitchen.
